How do I order and pay?
We accept Paypal and BDO Bank Deposit payments. For more detailed instructions on how to order according to your prefered payment option, go to PAYMENT OPTIONS.


Do I need a Paypal account to purchase via Paypal?
No, you dont. You can choose to pay via credit card in Paypal, creating an account is optional.


Do you ship outside the the Phillipines?
Right now, we don’t. We only process orders with a local receiving address.


What is your shipping rate?
We have a fixed shipping rate of P100, regardless of quantity and location.


Do you have a shipping schedule?
We schedule shipment the DAY AFTER we receive your Paypal payment / copy of the Bank Deposit Slip (unless we inform you otherwise). Cut-off for processing received payments is strictly until 9PM daily. Payments received after 9PM are processed the next day. No delivery schedule on Sundays and/or Holidays.


How long does shipping take?
It depends on your receiving address. From the time you receive your tracking code, its 1-2 days for Metro Manila orders, and 3-5 days for Provincial orders. We send out the tracking code every Monday.


Do you do meet-up or pick-up?
Unfortunately, we don’t. If you purchase from us, you’ll receive your order thru our local shipping provider (XEND). But you can always visit our STOCKLISTS around Metro Manila as alternative.


Do you accept Refunds or Exchanges?
