RETURN POLICY



REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Our Policies are only applicable to orders made under our online shop. This does not cover products/policies under our stocklists. 


To be eligible for Refund / Exhange:


  • Notify us in email at info@twothirtysixty.net, within (7) seven days from item receipt.
  • You will shoulder all shipping cost needed in returning your item.
  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It should be in its original packaging. 


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item.


a) For Cash Refund, an immediate 15% restocking fee will be deducted from it in favor of TWOTHIRTYSIXTY. However, there are certain situations where more than the initial 15% restocking fee will be deducted: Any returned item not in its original condition (not in the original packaging), or that is damaged.


b) For Exchange, you can turn it into store credits. Your store credits will let you exchange your returned item to any in-stock item. If returned items are not in their original packaging, a 5% charge will be deducted from your original store credits. The total of your replacement items should be equal or more than your current store credits. You will also be responsible for the shipment.


If you received a wrong item, you can email us at info@twothirtysixty.net within (7) seven days and we will try to resolve the matter in the best way possible.
